Wonderful stay here for a short vacation in Chicago. Convenient to rail lines and Trader Joe’s for groceries. Also convenient to museums. Room was clean and modern.

Parking is $70 valet only. Or find a garage close to park at like we did. The hot tub was nice until we saw the dirt floating on the water with the bubbles. Than saw the ring around the whole hot tub of dirt.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights with my cousin, and while the clean room and quick valet service were positive, there were several issues that need attention. The main concern was the lack of feminine hygiene products; only tampons were available, and there were no pads in stock. This shortage is problematic, as pads tend to be in higher demand, and I recommend ensuring both options are always available for guests. We also encountered difficulties with the laundry facilities. The front desk was out of detergent, which was an inconvenience, especially on a weekend with high foot traffic. Additionally, the washing and drying machines cost $3 each in quarters, and when we ran out, we had to buy a $10 stack of quarters with cash only. It would be much more convenient to allow card payments for small transactions like this, as well as to maintain a better stock of essentials. Finally, the valet service, which had initially been quick, took over 30 minutes on one occasion to bring our car around, further adding to the frustrations. While the hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay, these service issues detracted from the experience. I hope management addresses these areas to improve guest satisfaction.

Bulls and birthday

Our family stayed for a bulls game and celebrating our daughters birthday. Staff was very friendly and accommodating trying to find us the best room with a view! We were very pleased with our stay and will be back!

The room was very nice and the people at the front desk were friendly. Check in was smooth and easy. The valet situation is confusing though- instructions were lacking and they didn’t ask for our car information to know which car was ours. It was weird, but the rest of the hotel was nice and it was an overall good stay.
