I enjoy staying here because of its proximity to NU, shopping and restaurants. This visit I was disappointed with how dirty the room was-specifically the floor, it appeared as though it had never been vacuumed as it was sticky and covered in filth. Was also told we would have to use a restroom in the lobby from 11a-3p because the water to our room was being shut off.

This is a budget property for Evanston and is in a great location with many restaurants and the lake. The staff were friendly.

I had a room with a very nice view. One member of the staff in the lobby , the young lady, was very very nice , but the rest of the staff in the lobby were NOT very friendly! A perfect location for my needs ! They serve breakfast but it’s NOT included in the price of the room.

Always clean and workers are very professional and polite. Location is about a 10 min from the beach, plenty of dining options and the train station about a 5 min walk. Wifi was impossible to work with but somehow let me stream so stay was good, but work within the hotel was almost impossible becasue of wifi.

Worst breakfast I have ever had at a motel. Coffee was cold, pan cakes like rubber and bacon swimming in grease. Did not even have sugar free syrup. A waste of $10.00 and a bad start to the morning.
