The room was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The light switch in the bathroom hidden under the towels (towel bar) was a bit hard to find at first. Seems like a dumb place to put a light switch.

Clean, quiet, and in a very nice neighborhood close to restaurants and coffee shop within walking distance. Parking was easy, and checking and checkout was seamless. I was surprised to hear the train one block away and yet, I slept three nights and never heard it during my sleep or kept me up.

Hotel check in was awesome, the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. All of their front desk employees were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel lobby was in great condition and very clean. The hotel room was comfortable and well maintained. The carpet in the room was cleaned well with no smells. The ice and vending machines were working. I enjoyed the numerous cable channels and WiFi. There are many restaurants in the area that deliver food but will need to meet the delivery person for the food. In order to use the elevator you have to scan your key. Breakfast was very reasonable but there were no healthy options. The outside was a little confusing as what door to enter, but overall for the price it was worth it. The breakfast staff was not the most welcoming. The male greeter was not friendly and the female said nothing. My first concern was the shower and toilet were not disability friendly. Tub was slippery when wet toilet was super low to the floor which was difficult to manage with painful knees. My second, concern was the area where the hotel is located has changed since the last time I was in the area. I would be careful walking around alone if you are a female. Overall, this is the first hotel I encountered on your site that was not deceptive in its handling of its business.
