When I got to my room it smelled like mildew and cigarettes. You can see the wall warping from the water damage. When I asked Abby for a refund he stated the manager would be in the next Sunday morning. When I called the next Sunday morning, the employee told me the manager would not be in until Tuesday. I still have not received my refund for a room I did not stay in. They had a kids party playing music and stated they would end by 11 I was there for an hour and a half the music did not end till after midnight. Very poor service here I do not recommend

The property is under construction to be fair. Otherwise it would be a very convenient hotel location. Great friendly staff. Air conditioners are old and omit a damp smell if you have allergies.

Its old property not well maintain especially room and washroom. Shower and sink watersupply was very low could not satisfy with shower quality. Front staff was very rude behavior especially thu evening when we check in male staff so rude behaviour , no courtesy and no coustomer service he should not working at front desk , other staff was courtious. There is no change in breakfast same menu all 3 days.
