Few issues but hotel is clean

Hotel was clean. Our room has several issues. AC gave out 2nd day but they were able to fix it. Our refrigerator wasn’t working. They couldn’t switch our room due to being fully booked. Price was super high for hotel but due to local events in area and scarcity of accommodations nearby

Sharkia was so pleasant and helpful at check in and she texted us to check on us daily. She was helpful in helping us decide on driving to Wrigley Feild on taking the subway. We also went to the National Convention Sports Cardshow. Our trip was Awesome!!

Two front desk employees were hospitable (a Black woman on day shift and a white woman on night shift). The other front desk employees didn't greet/speak at all. We stayed 4 nights, and never had the room cleaned, not even a towel exchange. We had to use dry off towels to bathe the first night because, for a family of 6, they gave us 2 sets of towels. When we requested more, the large towels were all they had left. Two nights later, we finally got enough small towels, but not enough medium or dry off towels. They gave us 2 pool towels to compensate. Seeing add though we never got a towel exchanged, even though it was requested, I'm sure that is why they didn't have enough - because they aren't picking them up from the rooms and washing them. Breakfast was gross, except the cinnamon rolls, yogurt cups, and drinks. The beds were comfortable.
