My friends and I were in town for a concert, JHope. I was able to book a room online, which was great. My first time reserving a room and the process was so easy. The hotel was convenient to the arena. The restaurants were around it we're easily accessible. My overall experience, I read it a 5 *****

I stay at this hotel when I attend concerts at Allstate Arena. Walkable and convenient. The hotel is nice clean and has everything you need. Staff is nice check in is easy. Never a complaint.

Property very clean & updated, breakfast was wonderful w/many options for all dietary needs. New 24hr coffee in lobby is good - cld have a few more fixing options though & I believe they had tea bags but I don’t recall seeing hot water @ the station. Parking lot is very large & feel that it could’ve been free to park instead of $20/day! I chose this hotel for its location to airport rental car drop & if you are also looking for that this would be the hotel for you - it took under 5 minutes from leaving hotel to exit the rental & head into train area! The only reason I gave this facility a good & not wonderful was for 2 reasons. 1st- front desk clerk @ check-in could’ve been friendlier, more courteous & informative (seemed like I was interrupting him from doing nothing). 2nd- updated step in shower looked so inviting but shower head SUCKED!!! We could not find a good setting & hot water pressure was much weaker than if you wanted to take a cold shower - this needs to be fixed because I was very unhappy when I had to settle for a soft mist which made it impossible to remove soap/shampoo! If those 2 things were corrected it would get 5 stars im my opinion!

Solid airport hotel, I would stay again

This Holiday Inn is a solid airport hotel. Clean, fresh, up-to-date, eco-conscious, which a friendly, knowledgable staff. It shares a parking lot with a gas station for a quick fill-up before returning a rental car, as well as a couple of restaurants. After a long day on the road, I enjoyed a safe 3min walk to a Panera Bread. Easy, breezy.
