Long line at check-in - waited about 20 minutes. Check in was 3 p.m. and we were there about 2:40. There was a long line and only one staff member. I expect check-in to be quick. We had planned to drop off our luggage and go to our tournament, but we didn't have time to visit the room. We took our room keys and had to leave. At peak time there needs to be more staff members checking guests in. On a positive note, staff was very friendly and apologized for the wait. We were in a hurry to check in since we wouldn't be back to the hotel until late. We've had a couple issues with booking hotels through Expedia and didn't want to have to deal with that later in the evening.

Clean room. 50$ deposit. Friendly staff. By elevator it smelled of pot. Breakfast was good and stocked 1st day. Then second there was barely any food. Beds comfy. Shower very strong. Nice well lite parking lot. Close to Chicago. Over all nice would stay again.
