Overall a good place to stay. We stayed in the queen suite. Only negative was the Bathroom was really small. Room was clean and updated. Public Parking next door was convient, would suggest booking the parking yourself and not through the hotel, they charge more.

Great down town stay

We walked from Union Station to the hotel and walked everywhere we ate. The hotel staff was amazing and we enjoyed the rooftop pool.

Hotel refresh needed

The hotel is in a good location that could have saved a taxi journey by using the Blue line, but was not advertised. I read there was a bar serving food onsite but that is not correct. Front end staff soured the stay a little by smelling of some substances. Hotel could do more to refresh as it is looking tired.

It was excellent. Our tv in the living room area did not work. I contacted the hotel through a text service and it was immediately fixed. Great hotel, great service and love the rooftop pool on the penthouse level!

Nice hotel and location

Quick two night getaway - hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to Union Station and Greyhound. Shout out to Maurice who gives awesome service at front desk.
