Told one thing from desk staff, would cancel reservation for the next day made thru expedia. Called after i was charged Called Mgr she stated couldn't do anything since we booked thru expedia. But we don't pay thru expedia we pay at hotel. So, they could've reversed the charge. They kept telling us call expedia, we did but they told us the hotel charged your card it wasn't paid thru us. Called corporate they kept stating the same thing. However, I travel every week for work and Marriott always cancels the next day for me even though I booked thru expedia. its because I chose to pay at hotel. HILTON only cares about bottom line. Will never stat at a hilton again.

It is a good hotel, with good gym, internet. The cleaning service was not too good. The laundry service need a card, very difficult to get quarters for the machines.

Mu friends and I really enjoyed staying here it was either walkable or we were able to use public transportation to get around. The only thing is I wasn’t aware there was no on site parking except valet, but theres a parking garage about a block away!

Very nice 1 king size bed with let out couch. Very clean and kitchen was an added touch!! Only downfall was the heating. For about 4 hours we did not have heat until an engineer came to fix it.

I reserved a room for a trip figured they had parking no only valet so I go to pay the 65 I seen on line lady says that's the online price only and says it's 70 I say fine whatever I need my car parked and she hands me a ticket and wow it says 65 dollars what ever I want to enjoy my trip I tell the valet I'll grab my bags go to get bags ask of they can drive manual and now they can't even valet car it's against company policy I asked if I can drive it into the garage and they can escort me no I have to park on the street parking on the street was horrible because it's pay by 8 hours at a time I couldn't even pay for overnight parking horrible experience wasn't Happy about that and the shared pool area was weird guy with his phone in the hot tub I'm pretty sure he was taking pics of young girls not texting horrible feeling about the whole thing
