We had the suite for 3 brothers. It had two completely separate bedrooms with a well-stocked kitchen and nice living room in between. The perfect set-up.

The bathroom was not well maintained. The shower head “whined” loudly when you turned it on. The tub was not clean enough to take a bath. The living room TV did not have a decent picture. The elevator was also out which wouldn’t be a problem but combine everything and it was not a good hotel. Stay somewhere else.

My husband and I made a sporadic trip to Highland Park Illinois to visit a dealership about a car. Although we only stayed one night, the hotel was well kept and the bed was oh so comfortable. Would stay there again if I ever visit Highland Park Illinois.

The staff was amazing. The only bad thing i have to say about this hotel is the water pressure in the shower could be a lot better especially for people with long thick hair.

3 things I didn't like. One, the main elevator was out of order. My room was on the opposite side of the building from the 2nd elevator. Had to use the stairs the entire time. Two, the breakfast was not impressive. Never went back after the 1st time. Lastly, the bed was a brick. Not comfortable at all. On a good note, the staff was very friendly and quickly sent my request up to my room. Great location.
