i'ts my 3rd time here and i know I'll still be back...love the cleanliness, the politeness of staff; i love the location when its near everything! breakfast is great- a lot of choices and they have a good system even tbough i'ts busy...keep it up!

Room was not that clean when we first got there. Hairs on the pillow case, dust on surfaces. So we asked for a linen change the next day since it was late and we were tired. But breakfast was good everyday! All the employees were friendly and helpful! I would stay at a Riu hotel again!

The hotel was nice, clean and spacious. I lowered my stars because the staff was not friendly to the point of being rude when we checked in and out or asked for assistance with bags. I did not feel welcomed. It was like I was imposing on the staff.

Everything was great except that the water pressure was very low, and a limit of 4 devices for wifi is absurd given that you have to pay a resort fee. Even hotels with free wifi do not have a such a limit, not to mention this is a service you have to pay.

The cleanliness of the rooms was great and the breakfast buffet was second to none! Location, location, location….. was the best! One block away from the Magnificent Mile, restaurants, and can I say Trader Joe’s? We will definitely come back.
