This place is gross. Rooms look NOTHING like photos. It’s very cheesy, rundown, noisy and just overall dirty. Every single light in the room has the absolute worst lightbulbs possible. I’ve never seen such horrible lighting, which makes it difficult to get ready. The staff were friendly. Location is fine.

Excellent place to stay.

The room was spacious and came with a sitting room. It was clean and had a tub mat, hair dryer and two sinks. The complete breakfast was hot and delicious. There was an indoor pool.

Great time

My sister, son, and I went on a last minute trip to Chicago. We normally gravitate towards Hyatt Place wherever we go. They are usually priced well and give us a nice feel overall. Here was no exception. Staff was so nice and helped us with any questions we had during our stay!
