We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Our room was clean, the employees were helpful and the breakfast was great. It was a walkable neighborhood and we felt safe at all times. We will be back.

The experience was great I got a big room with the two queens and a pull out couch but the bed for the pull out couch was unusable. So my brother just put it back together and slept on the couch itself

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Clean and spacious. Area is known for cocktail bars. People are up on the streets bar hopping so it’s not very quiet.

Stayed here for a show we were going to at the salt shed (about a 15 minute walk from this hotel) and it was honestly a pleasant surprise how wonderful it was. I booked it for convenience, but it might just be my top choice for when I come here. Lovely rooftop bar and a wonderful view of the city skyline, amazing at sunset and at night. The room was huge, was quiet, the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool and came with a mini fridge to use. Loved the bathroom and there was also mini kitchen on the lobby floor that we could use to warm up food at night. Overall, pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chicago.

We came in for a show at the Salt shed. It was close by and we enjoyed this hotel very much. Breakfast was good, nice staff nice rooms.

Had a wonderful experience! The staff was so courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable! My only complaint is the parking fee. For the amount of money spent on the room, parking should absolutely be included. Having an additional $55 per night charge is quite expensive in my opinion.
