Great location. Room (2 queens with Riverview) was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Hotel also felt newer so everything was in good condition.

The location is perfect. Almost right on Riverwalk and Magnificent Mile. Some of the staff was not always professional. The carpet in the common areas were not clean and gave out a foul smell. However, the rooms were clean and housekeeping did a good job. Not a bad experience for the price.

The hotel itself was beautiful. My favorite area was sitting in the lobby on comfy couches next to the large fireplace. Four girlfriends went for a birthday weekend. We were greeted in our room with face mask and socks but there were only two of each. I went downstairs and ask for additional. We did not receive washcloths in the room either. I called the front desk and they said they would bring them right up but they never came. When I went back to the front desk for washcloths. I was only given three and had to request an additional one. The people at the desk were super friendly and apologetic but maybe cleaning services could pay a little more attention to the details of the amount of people per room and stock accordingly.
