We had a great stay. The day we left around 9am someone opened our door as if someone had a key and scared my kids. The manager told me nobody else had our key it was a little strange. Other than that the hotel was beautiful we had a great time and we believe we will be coming back soon.

The property is stunning and the staff friendly and mostly helpful. Ken seemed a little inexperienced. Check-in was a little drawn out and getting parking passes for visitors who joined me was a slight challenge. I never got my silver perks despite asking twice and the stove top did not work. My child wanted to cook breakfast for her new fiancé and couldn’t get it to work. No one came up to help and it was not resolved by the end of the visit. Management was made aware, but have not offered a remedy to this point. For a premium property at a premium price, these small issues are pretty disappointing, especially as no effort has been made to resolve them. Again, the accommodations are legitimately first rate and the stay was lovely, but the failure to respond to these is a real demerit.

The property was exactly as depicted in the images. The staff was nice but I kept having to return to the concierge because my key kept malfunctioning but otherwise this was a great stay. I would definitely stay here again!
