We had issues with check-in, we could not get into Unit 2 due to an incorrect code. The host was not available and Vrbo support did nothing but try to contact the host. After about 3 hours we were able to get in the back door of Unit 2. I ended up messaging the host, no response to the initial call for help from Vrbo support or the host.While the property was well maintained the HVAC system needs significant adjustment. In both units a comfortable temperature in the living floor resulted in extreme heat on the bedroom floors. Extreme defined as about 10 degrees difference. A note to anyone with allergies, several of out group mentioned being stuffy for no apparent reason.When checking out, the keypad on the garage was not working, again messaged the host and called Vrbo support, no help, host unavailable.There were 3 different types keypads. It was quite cold which might have accounted for some of the challenges opening the front gate but the electronic garage keypad would not consistently show the numbers in order to enter the code. After an hour and probably 25 attempts to open the garage it finally opened.We were an hour late heading home as a result.I did wait a few days to review to allow the frustration to subside.For me the lack of host availability, keypad and code issues coupled with temperature differences made sleeping difficult; resulting in the 2 star rating.
