Clean room thanks for that! Kind of frustrating texting back and forth for info about the room and parking. Sketchy personalities hanging around outside. We could hear the other guests through the vents loud and clear in every room. We made the best of it! Appreciate the amenities that were in the room.

AC was not function well and never indicated less than 76 F. We placed several requests to lower the unit air temperature for sleeping. Property management was responsive and provided fans but otherwise unable or unwilling to fix issue. Tina verbally agreed to a one night refund. It seemed at times we were communicating with a chat bot. (?)The unit is conveniently close to McCormick. Rather odd floor plan and strange smells throughout.

The apartment is as described. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious for our group of 8. The kitchen and living has everything you need. The location is perfect for walking, public transport, or rides. Would definitely book again we had a ball!!

Our stay was fantastic. The building is very interesting and welcoming. The apartment was perfect for our families. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. There was an issue with a shelf, but the owners got it fixed right away! In fact, they were responsive to all my questions. We would absolutely stay here again if we are attending events at the McCormick center. The location is fabulous!

Fun hangout pad for a large group

Nice place. Lots of space! Kind of an odd building and not very well manned at the front desk but if you have a big family or group, this was ideal for a weekend get together. There were a few things in disrepair but overall it was in good condition and the beds were comfortable. Our only complaint is that it was hot outside and the air never got the unit below 75 degrees in the living space and the bedrooms were much warmer. Probably 80 degrees for sleeping which was rough. We asked for fans but didn’t get any. A bit disappointing but we survived. Location is convenient being right on Michigan Ave and a short walk to lots of bars and restaurants. Communication with the management was prompt and courteous.
