The place is old And duty..it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room and all what i could sense was cigar smoke and mold, The other tenants were loud night and day…always smoking weed sitting on the stairs blocking the way. I didn’t book this hotel myself, thanks to EXPEDIA that let me book a hotel a month in advance just to tell me the same day We got there that my room had been canceled!! In order to make up for their mistake they put us on this dusty, dirty, and unsafe hotel!!

I have traveled extensively for 30 years and this was by far the worst experience. I arrived to the hotel at 8:30pm and was told my guaranteed reservation had been cancelled. The Front Desk told me they cancel all reservations by 6pm, no matter if there is a credit card attached to guarantee. Nowhere do they state this “policy” until you arrive - they have a sign in the lobby. They had rooms available but she refused to check me in as I had booked a different room type. I drove 10 hours and had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia trying to find a resolution. I ended up finding a room somewhere else, as the hotel was not trying to fix the situation. I have never experienced such poor customer service at any hotel.

A very dirty and smelly place to stay. You will not get rest there because of the dogs barking when they owners leave for the day and leave the dogs in the room by themselves management doesn’t care he said he can’t do anything about it the noise, unclean rooms, and fighting

Need to state somewhere that if you don't check in before 7pm that they cancel your reservation, room was what it was for the price i didn't expect much but only 1 screw in the door lock, door looked like it had been previously kicked in, plank flooring was coming to in the room & bathroom
