Major League comfort and convenience awaits you at the closest lodging to Wrigley Field. We are conveniently located across from one of the entrances to Wrigley Field, within one of the iconic Wrigley Rooftop buildings.

We rent only to responsible guests who want the best of Wrigleyville in a quality environment. Accordingly, we do ask our guests to provide a description of themselves and their party in terms of profession and backgrounds.

This property features an incredible outdoor patio with 120 feet of frontage along Waveland Ave. No other residential property features such frontage along Wrigley Field's outfield. You may even see a fly balls enter the property's outdoor patio. The patio also features a high end Weber Genesis gas grill and a large picnic table. This is an amazing place to people watch and enjoy the festivities on cubs game days.

The residence was completely renovated in 2018. This residence includes new designer linens and towels. Beds and mattresses are new as is all furniture, floor coverings and accessories. Kitchen is all new with high end appliances, perfect for private dining or entertaining.

Housekeeping

Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $150 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.

Parking

We do not have parking. Spothero is great site to check for parking spaces.

House Rules:

1. Only the registered guests in your booking shall be permitted in the residence at anytime. We do not permit additional day time or night time visitors. If you plan on having visitors, they need to be included in the number of guests you indicate at the time you make your booking. For example, if you have 4 guest staying overnight, but will have 2 day visitors, you must book for 6 guests.

2. You will need you to sign our Property Use Agreement within the next 24 hours of booking or your booking is subject to cancellation. The docusign link will be sent to you through VRBO after you book.
