My 3 bedroom apartment in Sheridan Park is a stunning place to call home in

Chicago - You'll love the neighborhood - its vibrant food and arts scene is

uniquely diverse in Chicago. A mile north of Wrigley Field - Just to the east,

Montrose Beach is a nice break from the city - if work is what brings to you

to town, the nearby Brown line will take you right to the Loop. I provide all

the essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable. Toilet paper, soaps,

shampoos, towels, linens and even coffee and tea!

General Policies:



Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please

include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your

inquiry.



Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis

only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation

without refund.



Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full

duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone

else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.



Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all

posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps

like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.



City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.

**House Rules:**



Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following

rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a

refund.



1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.

3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.

4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.

5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.

6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.

7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.

* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.

* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.

* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

* If you are bringing a pet, only 1 dog is permitted. Pets are limited to 1 unless it's a service pet and cats are not allowed. Please send an inquiry if you have further questions.

We stayed here to be close to our daughter and son-n-law for our granddaughters first birthday. The location was great and it was very clean. The only issue was using the VRBO AP we were unable to send a picture as requested, according to reviews this is a common issue with the site I am sure it will be resolved soon.Thanks

Amazing Location

The only complaint we have is there were only 4 coffee cups for a 6 person rental. That’s not enough to give less than a 5 star review. The place was cute, cozy, clean - and we highly recommend the location.

Wonderful condo in a nice neighborhood

We loved our stay here - the condo is very pretty, beautifully appointed, comfortable beds, great communication with managers, very safe, and great coffee! I would definitely return and/or rent another of their places. I trust the quality would be comparable.

Great location for us as it was walking distance to our son's home. The property was clean, well appointed with plenty of space and it was surprisingly quite as well. The only issue we had was the lighting was dim in both bathrooms.

Great location for a Chicago visit

The condo was great and in Avery secure building. It's on Clark St, 2 blocks from Wrigley. The condo was clean and moderately quiet. No negatives, but a couple of "could have been better"... 1. There were 5 of us and one towel per person. There was plenty of room to store some extra towels. 2. The building had a gas leak during our stay. I contacted the management company, but it was several hours before they responded. Communication with the management company was slow at best with considerably lag. 3. I was told there would be a book with local attractions and recommendations, but we never found it. 4. No check out instructions But all of those issues were minor compared to the excellent time we had in Chicago. And yes, if available..we would stay here again.

Very Nice Stay

Location was great with lots of free street parking in the area, bus stop right on the corner, and redline train not far of a walk! Beds were comfortable and shower was very nice. Thanks for providing shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, tea, and coffee! Entry into the building was easy and love that last 4 of my cell was entry into the room. We will stay again to visit our daughter once she finds an apartment to rent!
