** Free (no permit required) and plenty parking outside the door of the house.

**Climate comfortably controlled with central A/C and heat.
** Pull out bed in sofa in living room for occasional or extra guest(s).
** Luggage drop service permitted for early check in and late check out
** Early check in and late check out , subject to availability and there may be an additional fee.
**Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for additional fee.
**Walking distance- less than 1 mile to Metra station and Blue line "L"
**Walk just 1 block to spa's, restaurants and a great old school bakery.

THE SPACE:
This nest is designed for your peace, tranquility and comfort! It is fully stocked with everything you will need. If you cannot find what you need, simply ask! The Apartment is set up with one queen bed and one queen pull out for 1 or 2 people to sleep on it.
**NOTE: The first step on the concrete staircase to the apartment is a steep step, its 13" and all other steps are 9" . See last photo. . If you or other guests cannot navigate this step, PLEASE do not book.

-The yard is a retreat treasure! Serene and private, sunny with a furnished patio and garden!
-A fully functional kitchenette for light meal prep, snacks and complimentary coffee, tea and condiments.
-The bedroom is so comfortable with a new Casper style mattress, many pillows, linens and blankets, room darkening shades and a large double closet and MCM dresser and nightstand.
-The pristine living room has a new comfortable Pottery Barn sofa for watching the smart TV (Netflix is included) or listening to music on the Bluetooth--- all on top of a lavish Persian rug. The sofa pulls out to a very comfortable queen bed for the extra guest or two!
-The new stunning Turkish tile bathroom with original art is complete with all linens, products, soaps, hair dryer and extra toiletries in the event you forgot anything.
-Workstation has high speed internet, a wireless printer and office supplies.
-Workout equipment including yoga mat, free weights, roller and bands.
-Washer and Dryer for laundry.
- A small yet interesting library and games are here for your pleasure.

**The property has a full security system with multiple exterior cameras.

The Neighborhood and Area:

Walk just 1 block to spa's, wellness center, old school bakery and restaurants. Walk less than a mile to Walgreen's, ice cream shop, and many bars and restaurants including a fantastic Chicago style hot dog joint! You will have sweet parks along the way. We are very centrally and conveniently located. We are about an 18 minute drive to downtown, less than 5 miles from O'Hare Airport, Rosemont convention center and the designer outlet mall and less than 1 mile to the highway, the "L" blue line, Edison Park Metra station. We are also a hop and a skip to Wrigley Field!

In addition, you have me, should you need assistance! I also offer (for a fee) a customized driving tour through the city to show you the highlights and lay of the land.
