The staff were super helpful. The lounge and bar offered a good selection of eats and drinks, even had a solid happy hour menu with great deals. The bartender even helped with figuring out a good place to watch the world series as we wanted to explore the city some more.

The place was very clean and neat. Staff was very friendly. I think breakfast could be improved. There was no protein when I arrived around 8:00 am. Breakfast is served 6-9. Yogurt was out. Oatmeal, hot chocolate, tea choices are some suggestions. Milk pitchers needs lids. One staff member who was also mopping floors was stocking food. He did go and get me a yogurt after the small crowd left as he only had a couple on hand.

I booked my stay through Expedia but unfortunately experienced unexpected travel delays that prevented me from checking in as planned. I reached out to the hotel for assistance, but they advised me to contact Expedia since the reservation was made through a third party. When I contacted Expedia, I wasn’t able to get the support I was hoping for. It was disappointing that neither the hotel nor Expedia could provide a resolution in this situation. I hope both companies consider improving communication and flexibility for travelers who experience unforeseen circumstances.
