Restful nights await in our thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious queen bed with high-quality mattresses, fresh linens, and a mattress protector for added comfort. Enjoy entertainment on the smart TV and stay cool with central A/C. The second bedroom, perfect for children or friends, offers two cozy twin beds with the same thoughtful amenities. The bathroom is a sanctuary of modern elegance, featuring a combined shower and bathtub for a refreshing start or relaxing end to your day. Plush towels and hand soap are provided for your convenience.

You have 1 designated spot in front of the garage. The space is compact (see gallery), so if you're driving a large SUV, please let us know.
The spot is on a driveway, but part of it must stay clear for pedestrians — blocking it can lead to a ticket.
Also, if your car sticks out into the street, you might get ticketed.
RVs and trailers are not allowed to park on the street.
If you have an additional vehicle, street parking is available. Please check the posted signs, as some areas require a permit. To avoid receiving a ticket, only park in spots without permit restrictions.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.

Guests who disturb the peace or cause disruptions to the neighborhood will be immediately evicted, with no refund provided. Thank you for your cooperation.
