really nice place in a great location. Pretty effortless check in a and check out. It does seem you have to pay for the parking, which would have factored into my decision to choose this spot (38). I thought it was included but as we left, we were forced to pay to leave the parking lot. Also, parking is in a nearby building but really not far at all.

Positives: Location of this unit was spot-on. You can pretty much walk to everything (a ton of restaurants for sure!), or easily take the L. Management was extremely communicative, which was nice. Super easy check-in process. The condo was clean. Negatives: If you plan on cooking, know that the kitchen is not well-equipped. Unit faces an alley, which means no natural light. Because of its proximity to the alley, the unit was extremely noisy at 5:30AM every morning due to deliveries and trash pickup. Hot & humid weather in Chicago meant we were running A/C and bedrooms were not well-cooled at night, regardless of temperature settings.
