False property - stayed in a basement of a house

This stay was not at the apartment advertised. The day before check in, I got told I’d be moving to a “larger unit” because of maintenance, when it reality it was to an entirely different location. I stayed for 4 nights in an unfinished basement of a random house near the neighborhood.
