I don't know where to start so we will start with the room. There is a mattress pad that is way too small on the bed. The sheet has a stain on it that looks like blood . The blanket is so thin I don't know how it's even called a blanket. It looks like something was spilled on the bed onto the floor. The paint job looks like it was done by a blind man. The window looks like it leaks and is coming apart. There are stains on the curtains. One of the lights is burnt out. The iron is missing and no cover on the board, not to mention it is filthy dirty. The towel rack is bent. We tried to use the microwave in the room and the plate that rotates is missing.
You say hot breakfast I would not call it hot. The meat and eggs are cold, the warmer that they're in is not even on. The apple juice does not work. I have read other reviews and I see the apple juice has not worked for over 2 months. No sauce is offered for the food. The whole time we were there no napkins were put out. You could easily offer apples or bananas as a healthier option. At one point 3 people were waiting to use the only 2 slice toaster that was available. You post on other reviews that you have fixed problems/upgraded rooms. I have seen none of this. One of the nights we were there I heard someone telling the front desk that one of the beds in their room was broken. You run an industrial fan 24 hours a day in the hall to air out the smell. So obviously you have done nothing to "fix" anything.
The lobby stunk really bad and our first room was very unclean so we have to ask for a new one. They also ask for a $100 cash deposit which wasn’t listed anywhere other than in the lobby. The breakfast was terrible the milk they put out for cereal was thick and very spoiled and the bagels were moldy and the hot food was very cold the the tater tots you could look at and tell they weren’t cooked all the way.
Our experience with the hotel is the rooms where not in good shape you could clearly see ceiling water damage, the hallway carpet was very dirty and smelled, the bathing cover/sheets were very stained. I just slept on covered. Everything but the mini fridge inside my room was the only updated thing. Would I ever stay at this hotel again absolutely not!!!
1. Bathroom was not clean.
2. Bathroom shelf was broken.
3. Front desk would not accommodate.
4. No housekeeping.
5. Front desk tried to convince me the room was clean.
6. Gnats. Everywhere. Which means something in the room is not clean or it’s bad energy.
The bed, sheets, comforter was stained. We found a dead roach in the drawer. Half the lights didn't work. Toilet and rack above toilet was falling apart. Hair dryer didn't work
I had problems getting into the room the first day the lock was not working at the change, the batteries and then the next day when I went out and came back it didn’t open again so they had to come and do something and then finally they had somebody to come out and fix it and The lock worked fine key card and then also it was a storm. The fire alarm kept going off. other than that, it was OK.
This was the most disgusting hotel stay. Brown liquid poured out of the pull out couch when we opened it and the owner refused to give us a refund when we left.
