This property was so clean and safe with so many options to eat parking was easy with the parking app. I cannot wait to stay here again. I was at peace. No one was loud or obnoxious. It was perfect if you’re second-guessing this property don’t it’s so convenient and very easy to check in and out of Little Italy was the best. Thank you for such a great experience. Oh, and the heater above the door as you walk in is amazing as well. Lol

Stayed here for a couple of nights while attending a trade show downtown. Very limited parking on the street so ended up parking in a garage near the hospital (about a 10 min walk away). Hotel was a little difficult to find as it is not highly visible from street. Rooms are excellent. Very clean, modern and spacious. This property does not use cards and communicates via text what your access code will be. I missed this (my fault) but it made for an interesting "check in" by not being able to get in.

Overall the room was huge and the laundry machines were great. The bed was very comfortable. The heat wasn’t working the first day though and it’s hard to get anyone to come because no one is on property and there is no front desk. You need a front desk. Communicating with staff over text that they don’t answer for hours doesn’t work. The rooms are amazing (other than the fact there was no shower chair so I couldn’t shower properly) but yall need staff 24/7 at a hotel to be able to be called a hotel.
