The condo worked well for what we needed with our large family. We were all able to have enough room not to drive each other crazy. The location was good. Close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The driveway is a little hidden so you have to watch for it. It was clean but not that attention to detail get in the corners kind of clean. There was some mold or mildew in the master shower. The bathtub plug wouldn't go down in the other bathroom so we had to shower the three year old and he wasn't exactly thrilled with that. It felt like they never finished the remodel just did enough to get by. Kitchen and flooring were all beautiful but then walls and doors were scuffed and scratched needing a nice paint job. I only sent 1 email shortly after making the reservation but never got a response. Check-in was a text and email with the key lockbox code, general instructions and contact info for someone if anything needed attention but there was no personal contact from anyone. I honestly have no idea how they determined when we checked in or out. Overall it did what we needed better than a hotel would have for six of us for this situation. With a little paint and a little personal feeling communication, even just a text the next day asking how getting settled in was, would make a big difference.
