The hotel is in a great location near everything. The subway and bus stops were nearby if needed. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The lobby on the 15th floor had beautiful Christmas trees and views of other buildings. The room was comfortable and clean with view of the city. The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to take the elevator from the 1st to 15th floor then go to another set of elevators to go up to your room. It’s a bit of walk if you have a lot of luggages. Other than that, everything was wonderful including the staff. I would definitely stay here again at my next visit.

This was one of our favorite hotels that we stayed at. The view was great and it was in a great location to a walk to nearby bars or restaurants. The staff was awesome. We only stayed for two nights and they still came to clean our room while we were gone during the day and they even held our bags while we went for breakfast in the morning after checkout before our flight came.

It's a great location for a Chicago stay. It's away from most of the busy downtown intersections, so no loud sirens & horns all night. Great bar and food in the lobby. Beds & Pillows are very comfortable. We had the corner room suite and it was a GREAT view. Only downfall was the Breakfast, it's not complimentary. I'd give the hotel 5 stars if it was.
