The hotel felt a bit stuff and the bathroom skin faucet seemed like it wasn’t put on the right place because water kept getting everywhere. The staff were really sweet and the view was beautiful. super walkable area and close to many transportation lines.

I enjoyed the property. It was very clean and it was all decorated nicely! We had an issue with the tv skipping which was annoying. The drinks were good but expect to pay top dollar for them. It was the perfect location. Be aware that it is two elevators so it does take a while to get out of the building. I loved the heated pool.

The staff had no customer service, very short and abrupt. Our check in and check out staff lacked skills in customer service. However there was the conceige Xavier which was lovely and very helpful. Would not return to the Chicago Voco

Stayed for a weekend girls trip and room was clean, but the property layout was inconvenient. Staff seemed to have gaps in communication. Though we were comfortable, our room was never made up when we asked (3x), we had to wait an hour or so for extra towels to be brought up to our room and when I expressed disappointment the first night, I was not followed up with. Not to mention, our neighbor (big bird) was nuisance

Just about everything was great! The room...the service...the view from my window! Only thing I didn't care for was the buffet. A little too expensive for what was served...but hey...it's a hotel.

Very weak located. Clean. Unusual lobby and restaurants on 15th floor with guest rooms in subsequently higher floors. Excellent views of the Chicago river from rooms. Clean rooms, bathrooms with good amenities. Couple of issues - 1. elevators need better maintenance. Only 1 of 3 was working the day of departure. 2. Instructions to operate safe are pasted on top of the safe which is bolted in a cupboard with a shelf above the safe. So unless you lay down on floor, the instructions cannot be read.
