The room was good and the staff was great. The young lady at check in made it easy and went quickly. I went back and asked a few questions and she knew me right away and answered my questions on the spot. Keep up the good work. Would stay here again.

The staff were friendly and polite. The hotel is conveniently located near Six Flags, which was helpful since we were in the area for Freight Fest. Having breakfast included is also a convenience. Breakfast included the standard American options: eggs, sausage links, pancakes, and bread. Overall, it was a good stay.

Convenient to both Great America and Gurnee Mills Mall. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The hallways actually smelled clean. I don't think I've ever been able to say that about any other hotel hallways. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool temperature was perfect and not too cold like most hotels. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. We spent a little more this year because last year's hotel was a complete dump and it was well worth it. We'll be staying here again next year. Thank you to the staff and management!

I don't know how this hotel has such high ratings. Maybe our room was just a dump? The AC and room smelled musty - definite sign of mold in the AC unit. The room had repair issues that needed tending to - damaged tiles in the bathroom, repairs needed to be done to the sink area, dirty corners around the floor. So gross. I would never come back to this hotel.
