Nice clean hotel, amazing staff

The hotel is very neat and clean. Common areas are well maintained, 24x7 coffee/tea, nice breakfast with a good variety. Rooms are also very clean. Staff is amazing and friendly. I would definitely go there again.

beware of youth sports teams

AC did not work in the room, it was hot but we just needed sleep. LOUD people above us, walking back and forth, but the quit around 10PM so all was good until midnight...then the stomping and running began again. I went to the desk and the clerk was VERY nice and actually cared about the situation. I informed him of the bad AC also. He said a basketball youth team was staying in the hotel for the last month and they knew better and had rules to follow, he was calling the room as I left to go back to mine. I got back into bed for a couple of minutes until the stomping began again. I went back to the desk and asked for another room. The clerk was again a GREAT guy and was able to give us another room that was smaller, but all we cared about was sleep. Then front desk clerk was GREAT, but they need to put youth sports teams on the first floor not the third. Hotel was standard otherwise, breakfast was edible but low quality

We’ve stayed here 3 times now, so obviously happy with the hotel. My negative is all in the bathroom: 1) no towel racks 2) very tight especially considering the size of the whole unit 3) no exhaust fan 4) mirror is decorative but not very bright

Brief stay

The room and property in general was very clean. The beds are definitely on the firm side. Breakfast was great with fruit, yogurt, cereals, scrambled eggs, sausage and pancake maker. I would most definitely recommend and stay again!

i usually enjoy myself at location but this time there were a large number of boys for basketball camp that were very noisy on my floor .. no order or supervision it seems and the leader obviosly did not emphaise to them to think of others.

Great location!

Housekeeping is upon request, but the Continental breakfast was good, staff were kind, room was clean but the bed could have been more comfortable. This was our second time staying here and it was nice returning to a familiar place. Right down the road from Medieval Times and 10min away from Woodfield Mall.
