Server was down when we went to check in. There were 2 other parties who also had reservations that were not able to check in. The clerk at the desk did a very good job, but would not let us check in due to hotel policy. Now both Expedia and Wyndham tell me to talk to the other party to get my refund. Both Expedia and Wyndham refuse to help me in this loss. Thanks a lot. I will discontinue to use Expedia ($30.95 will the last and final money they take from me) and I will not stay in another Wyndham hotel!!!!!!!!

The room was nice and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, we awakened every morning early to loud, yelling down the hallway, not by fellow guests but by housekeeping.
