Room the heater is not working properly. I was told to wait for 5-10 mins so that coil will heat up . I waited for 1 hour but its very less heat. We were feeling cold. Tv and microwave's plug were out. The pluges are behing the TV stand. Dome how i managed to plug in it back. During this winter please do setvicing of yours room heater atleast.

The heat/ac didn't turn on. The room was freezing. Things were dirty and the outlet in the bathroom didnt work. Our bed didn't have a comforter and there were also no blankets.
