Spread out over three floors, enjoy sea views from the open plan living and dining room, as well as from two bedrooms. There’s a parking space at the front of the property and a private garden at the rear.
The Space:
Escape to the south coast and enjoy amazing sea views from sunrise to sunset. This modern, 3 bedroom house spans over three floors and has all the home comforts you need for a family break by the beach.
★ GROUND FLOOR ★
On the ground floor, you'll find the snug with two sofa beds, perfect for siblings or teenagers keen for their own space. There is also a handy shower room and utility area. From this floor, access your private courtyard-style garden.
★ FIRST FLOOR ★
Head to the first floor to find the kitchen, open plan living room and dining area. Enjoy cooking and eating with the whole family while you gaze out to spectacular sea views. Rest and relax on the comfortable sofas, watch the widescreen TV or just admire that amazing view. Why not take a closer look and venture out onto the large balcony and breathe in the sea air?
Back inside, there’s a fully equipped kitchen, with Nespresso coffee machine, in which you can prepare brilliant breakfasts, brunches, lunches, dinners, suppers, snacks, whatever! That’s on those days you choose not to eat out or get a takeaway of course!
Heading up to the top floor and the three bedrooms. We’ll leave it to you to decide who sleeps where. Suffice to say that the king bedroom and single bedroom are the ones with the sea views. The third bedroom has twin beds which, like all the beds in the house, are beautifully presented. There’s also a family bathroom up here, which comes with toiletries that all guests are welcome to use.
