A practical utility room with a washer and dryer makes it easy to deal with sandy towels, beach gear, or muddy paws.
The property also offers several standout benefits. There is easy parking with room for several cars, a very large private garden at the back, and a grassy area at the front that leads directly to the beach through private access. This makes beach days wonderfully simple and adds to the overall sense of space and freedom.
Downstairs, the bedrooms are designed with complete flexibility. The large bunk bed room provides accommodation for up to five children, offering four beds arranged as two sets of bunks along with an additional single bed. Thanks to its generous size, this room can also work comfortably for a couple, making it ideal for different family or group arrangements. A peaceful double bedroom sits at the back of the house, and this floor also includes a separate toilet and a shower room, perfect for guests coming straight in from the beach.
