Beautiful two-storey villa in Chiclana with capacity for 8 people, with magnificent exteriors that will delight any visitor, great gardens, private pool, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.... in 500 meters of plot.



The house has 4 bedrooms, one of them on the ground floor and the rest on the upper floor, the first one with double bed and the other three with two single beds each, all have air conditioning, except the one with two beds on the top floor. There are three complete bathrooms, two with bathtub and the third with shower. A kitchen equipped with everything necessary for the stay, both in kitchenware and appliances (Melita and Italian coffee maker). The distribution of the house is completed by a living room with fireplace and Smart TV.

The pool measures 4 m by 8 m and has a maximum depth of approximately 2 m. Up to the middle of the pool, it has a depth of 50 to 70 cm, and then it gradually gains depth.

Pets are allowed with a daily supplement. .

Located in the area of La Barrosa, this house is ideal to disconnect and 5 minutes drive from the beach of La Barrosa and also close to other great beaches in the area how the Playa del Puerco or Sancti Petri beach, the area offers a great gastronomic offer to enjoy a few minutes walk is the Popeye restaurant, Nueva Alegria Sushi and Salinas Santa Teresa. It is also very close to the natural park of the Bay of Cadiz where you will find trails in the marshes where you can walk, practice running surrounded by nature and fresh and pure air.



In Chiclana there are places of interest to visit, such as the Hermitage of Santa Ana, Chiclana Museum, Chiclana Cathedral of the sixteenth century, Sancti Petri Marina where you can practice all kinds of water sports, Islet and Castle of Santi Petri which is accessed by boat, enjoy good music at the Concert Music Festival, etc..
