Less that a 10 minute drive from La Barrosa beach, this house offers great value for money for spending a few days in a quiet area of Chiclana de la Frontera.

You can enjoy the private pool year round with family and friends.

The house consists of two bedrooms, lounge, bathroom with shower tray and a small but very well equipped kitchen.

In the exterior area you will find the pool, BBQ area and private parking.



The location is excellent as although you will be in a quiet area, the house is very close to the road network and the beach, which is only 5 km away, while Chiclana city centre is about 3.5 km away. Swimming pool available all year.

It is located in a quiet area in the outskirts of Chiclana, less than 10 minutes drive from the beach of La Barrosa.

The house has a very good location as it is close to everything. The center of Chiclana is about three and a half kilometers away.

It is also close to the highway to explore the province of Cadiz and move comfortably between its beautiful villages.

In the surrounding area there are several good quality restaurants, although it would be good to have a car to move around the area, very close to the house you will find a bus stop that makes the main route anyway.

Très jolie coin de l'Espagne , idéal pour des vacances en famille 👪

Parfait pour une petite famille comme la nôtre il y a tous ce qu'il faut sur cette propriété! Nôtre séjour aurait été parfait et vraiment très agréable (on refera certainement ! )si la douche italienne n'était pas raté pas suffisamment de pente pour l'écoulement de l'eau dans la douche ,l'eau stagne mauvaise odeur ,flaque quasi permanente très désagréable et la même chose pour l'évier Le siphon est bouché (trop petit). Cependant nous ne sommes pas venus pour prendre la douche. je garde un bon souvenir de cette propriété et de notre séjour en général. Changer la douche et l'évier et ce sera un petit coin de paradis ! Une connexion eternet serait apprécié je pense . Merci ! La famille Damian

Ubicación muy tranquila, limpieza exquisita, zona de parrilla perfectamente ubicada para no molestar, se puede cocinar sin ahumar a los comensales. La piscina estaba a la sombra prácticamente la totalidad de las horas de sol, lo que hacía que el agua estuviera estupenda. Ideal para ir con mascotas. Para repetir.
