Villa 'Camaleón' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Villa Camaleón is located in Chiclana de la Frontera, perfect for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. The 125 m² property features a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to seven guests. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, and washing machine. A ping-pong table is also available. The private outdoor area includes three open terraces and a balcony.



Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with pools (including a children's pool), garden, and playground. Pool use is subject to certain restrictions: one pool with a lifeguard is available from June 15 to 30 and September 1 to 15, while all four pools have lifeguards from 12:00 to 21:00 in July and August. Pool use is not permitted outside these periods.



There is also a recreational area with two paddle tennis courts, a multi-sport court, and a playground. The villa is a 15-minute walk (900 m) from the beach and just 5 minutes from a large supermarket open from Easter.



Parking for one car is available inside the gated community under video surveillance. Additional free parking is available outside if needed. Families with children are welcome. Pets and events are not allowed. Security cameras are only in the recreational area and parking. Please note that government regulations on water use during your stay may affect pool access, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage.
