The community sits just steps from Meriam Park, Chico’s vibrant new downtown hub as well as walking and bike paths.

Meriam Park offers an incredible mix of restaurants, a grocery market, Farmer’s Brewing Co., parks with a playground, pickleball courts, and a dog park, plus live events at The Barn. You’ll also find Pilates Barre, the new Enloe Cancer Center, an upcoming rock-climbing gym, and more—all within walking distance.
