Cute, well appointed Cottage. Moderate walk to town (would be ideal if they provided bikes, but the reality of bike theft in Chico makes that almost an impossibility). The one big downside was the distinct smell of cigarette smoke. *it is advertised as non-smoking, but apparently someone didn’t give a darn*. Considering they knew about the smell, it would have been understandable if they had first, mentioned it to us upon booking and second, offered a discounted rate.

This studio with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us. The detail to design was obvious and appreciated. The location is within walking/biking distance of CSU Chico downtown, and Bidwell Park. As older non college students, we didn't feel out of place at all. The studio is on a quiet street without a lot of foot or auto traffic.
