The room was nice and we enjoyed the breakfast. The bathroom needs updating. You would expect nicer bathroom fixtures and in general it was an old bathroom. Also, I had a horrible experience when getting up at night to use the bathroom and I found the door was locked so I couldn’t get in. Then I went to call guest services and the phone didn’t work. Very unhappy. Also, no hot water. The front desk employees were for the most part kind and friendly.
