Breakfast is great with good variety and fresh fruit. There are noises at night that sound like pipes or something else. Seems from roof or plumbing. Shower floor was cracked

We stay here for family weekend for our daughter’s sorority. It’s downtown which is what we really like. It’s clean and just fine for two nights. The staff is super friendly and we always see lots of other Chico State families there.

Central location. Decent continental breakfast. While a bit older, property is comfortable and clean--good for the price. We just wished the pool were heated and open.
