We always stay here. This is the first time I have had any issues with the hotel. Check in staff was overwhelmed and very slow. Not friendly at all. The room was clean however the AC machine needs to be fixed. It made a loud clicking noise all night. It kept the room cool so we were happy but the noise was very annoying.

The front desk staff is very personable and helpful. The room, including the air conditioner, is adequate. No complaints. We chose to not eat the carb-heavy breakfast, but it is not the worst we have seen. The Roost, about a half block away, serves a very good breakfast with an extensive menu.

Very friendly staff, I was always greeted kindly. Check in/out was quick and simple. My room was clean and comfortable. I appreciate the no parties, no weed, no loud music policy. It made for a quiet and relaxing stay. Amenity areas like ice, laundry and pool were clean. Parking was a challenge since the motel had no vacancies however the staff accommodated that as well.

While waiting for my home to close, I ended up staying here for nearly 2 weeks, I moved from out of state. It was nice to have a safe and quiet hotel with super comfy beds to come home to and relax while going thru such a stressful time in life. The pool was clean, the staff is great and it was so nice to have breakfast options right at the hotel every morning!

Nice stay in Chico, Ca right downtown

Nice facility and room was comfortable minus the ant problem in the bathroom. Parking is tight with the yummy restaurant next door. I have a large pickup and it was difficult to find an easy in/out parking space.
