Two homes on one property is the perfect arrangement for families or groups hoping to enjoy Chico`s best location - across the street is Bidwell Park! You`ll have access to two homes, plus the art studio in between. The large home (4bd, 3ba), 3300 sq ft is for up to 12 and has spacious open concept areas for gathering. The small home (3bd, 2ba) 1100 sq ft is nice for an additional 6-8 guests. Large TVs. Pool table & Arcade games. Close to downtown!

Bidwell Park is right outside your door for both homes!
BIG HOME: Room to spread out, relax on the deck, enjoy the jetted bathtub, or turn on the OLED HD 72` TV. NEW BEDS + BLINDS + BBQ! Ready to explore? Downtown Chico, Chico State, and Sierra Nevada Brewery are minutes away, or enjoy gorgeous Bidwell Park, with plenty of bike trails, walking paths, and swimming holes. Easily accommodates multiple families wanting to explore outdoorsy Chico and stay in spacious comfort.
ADDITIONAL HOME: Savor a stylish space with a view of Chico`s Bidwell Park. Large windows and artistic design choices make this home a gem, and when you want to be in the park, simply walk across the street! You can enjoy the beautiful creek, lush greenery, walking paths, and shaded picnic areas.
The main living space is open concept with gorgeous wood parquet floors and hex tile.
Want to explore more? Our iconic downtown is just a short drive or bike ride away.

Quiet hours after 8:30pm strictly enforced. Avoiding loud noises on the back patio is especially sensitive to be respectful of our elderly neighbors and neighbors with children. We ask that all outdoor spaces on the property be mindful of the 8:30pm quite hours to be respectful of all our neighbors. Please simply bring your vacation inside during quite hours to help us maintain good relationships in the neighborhood.
Violators will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
