Courteous staff; good service in the restaurant, the food was good a la carte or buffet. A clean inside pool and jacuzzi are excellent for relax when the temperature is cold, but still you want to enjoy some swimming as myself. We'll try to back in Summer time to Chihuahua and surely we will choose this hotel again.

Check in and out were a breeze. I traveled with my 87-year-old mother, so we needed a room on the first floor, we were accommodated without any arguments. We felt comfortable and safe at all times. The hotel is located in a very safe area and security is always present. The staff is efficient and friendly, especially Jonathan, a server in the restaurant. You will feel like royalty when he waits on you! Overall, our 4 days stay was comfortable and uneventful...very peaceful.
