Ac/heater took a long time to get to a comfortable 72. The lady who handle breafast was great. The machine for juices should be fixed or little bottles available. There should be a normal shower head.

We were alarmed at all the road noise as this hotel is too close to a very busy highway. We could not stay and had to find accommodations elsewhere . We did not stay and would appreciate a refund.

Clean rooms. Tv wasn’t working. Wife called down to front desk. Front desk clerk tried to remedy problem. Couldn’t find problem so first thing in the morning another clerk called and came to look at tv. Found the problem. Previous guest disconnected wires to hook up video games.
