I give this place a ZERO star please don’t start here. The rooms were very dirty as in not being cleaned at all. There was blood in the bathtub. There was no plug for the bathtub, no amenities, ZERO face cloths. Asked the room attendant if I could get a face cloth was told no people use them to clean there shoes then had very angry front office staff throwing his hands in the air scoffing, from the request for a face cloth & towel saying that he’s throwing me out of the office for such an ask. They have undercover police parked in there parking lot watching you & as soon as you leave the property pull you over for suspicious of Drunk driving it happened twice.
The photos on Expedia are not even close to what we experienced. The laminate floors were cracked and deteriorating. There was cumulative dirt along all the baseboards. The bathroom was disgusting - the tub was dirty and the bathroom window had mould all around it. The bathroom door had a hole in it and there was no latch on the door It smelled unclean and damp. It is the worst motel/ hotel I have ever stayed at.

The place didn’t remotely resemble the photos in the ad.
The walls were so thin we were kept awake by loud people in the next room both nights until after midnight and they were loud again at 4:30am
Place has advertising all over the internet, claiming to accept cash deposit. We bought a stay for 2 adults, arrived there and turned out, we cannot stay as there has been a policy change since the last time we were there. We are out more that $200 because we arrived at midnight and it was too late to initiate a refund. We need our money back and Expedia won't help.
When I arrived at the hotel and checked in, I was given keys to a room that looked like it had customers in it already and the key didn’t work at that door.
I didn’t get a chance to stay there. The rooms smell awful, plus the staff refused to check me in because I didn’t have a credit card with me while I paid $230 and yet was denied access. When I asked for a refund, I was told to contact Expedia. So i lost $230 for nothing.
This facility was unsafe. There was black mold in the room and no locks on the slider windows, and the door was something that would easily be broken into, the sheets were old and stained. There were people swearing and fighting all night and morning. I was scared all night from the unsafe room and worried someone was going to break in as the people around the facility also did not make me feel safe. I had booked this hotel for 3 nights but only stayed one. Now i am wanting my money back for at least 2 of the nights. But we will see how well expedia is on their costomer service. I would not recomend staying here
I asked for a room with one bed as it was just myself. I ended up in a room that was pretty deplorable. It is not the room in the pictures online. It felt like a room from 1986 with an incredibly low standards. A bathroom I could barely fit into. An old crappy shower again that looked like it was from 1986. Cold old floor. Tiny room all together. I was going to go back to the front desk and ask for an upgraded room but I had been exhausted. I was looking for sanctuary after my dog had bit me at home. And what a letdown of an experience. It was only $80 but I wasn't expecting the room pictured online not the little cave of a room I was given.
I booked my room through Expedia with my debit card they accepted it Alpine in on their website says they accept cash Visa debit or Visa for your deposit they don't I'm sorry that I did not have a Visa card with me so they did not accept my Visa debit card for my deposit on the room even though half the hotel was burnt down and still is then the lady outright lied to the expedient people stating that I had no ID even though I have ID and I took pictures of it and sent it to expedient who sent it to the Alpine Inn then the lady said that I have only a photocopy of my ID which is a lie just an utter disgrace on service for the general public I would recommend highly not to stay there and I would recommend highly to go across the street or go to the 2400 motel in Vancouver because they know how to treat people properly
