Upon checking in we could barely open the door to enter the tiny lobby, as the floor was in such terrible condition. The room is very small and feels like it was furnished with items found at a garage sale. The barn door for the bathroom bounced and did not provide any privacy. The attention to detail from the housekeeping staff is extremely lacking. The baseboards were gross and there were splatters on the wall that were NOT stains. If these are the things we could see, what could we not see. I have NEVER left a negative review of a hotel before, as you usually get what you pay for, but this was the worst we have stayed in. Do better.

As a light sleeper and someone with chronic pain, I wish I had brought my earplugs. I feel badly not rating well as the check in was great, easy to park, and clean. The rooms are simple and modern. My biggest complaint was that we could hear the tv in the room next door, the people walking around upstairs, chairs moving etc and the door made a musical sound when it opened and locked which was irritating from the rooms around us. The bed was hard for me but maybe not for everyone.

The staff are what make this property a true gem, you can tell they genuinely care. The rooms have clearly had extensive renovations, there's a mini fridge, TV with cable, a very large bathroom, coffee machine, no microwave.

We had a nicely updated room which was very clean. Major complaint was with the dirty decks and stairwells, and the outside furniture. A good power washing would go a long way to making this property more appealing. Get rid of the dirty ashtrays outside or at least wash them daily. Otherwise a decent accommodation for the money.
