I only stayed for two hours as the room was not clean. I drove through the night to reach my destination (Edmonton) instead. The light switches (white) and phone (cream) were encrusted with grime. Then I wondered if all the other surfaces which were wood or laminate were dirty too. I saw a long hair in the bathtub and was totally grossed out. I just felt uncomfortable. I have stayed at the Robin Hood Inn & Suites in Victoria which is a similar set-up but was totally clean every time.

This is the most disgusting, filthy hotel I’ve ever seen in my 52 years. I have pictures and videos. If you need to see them, these people should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

We stopped here en route to the Okanagan just to have somewhere safe and warm to sleep so I wouldnt have to drive at night. We checked in around 10:30pm and the host was in pajamas which is fine but seems a bit unprofessional, she was very nice though. The room was quite cold and really did not smell good. It was also quite noisy, sounded like someone was doing construction work well after 11pm, hard to say if that was outside or in the actual hotel. At the end of the day the bed was clean and we got some sleep, but I think next time I'd pay a bit more for a different place.

The building is showing its age and is a bit musty smelling. But it was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. Good price for one night. They should update the online pictures and amenities with current information. There is no pool as stated online. I came back to the hotel late and the front door was locked, the provided key only works on the interior room. I buzzed and was let in right away but they should think about providing another way in. Good inexpensive choice for a few hours sleep.

Great place for a quick stop. All towels and bedding seemed brand new. Plus the showers / sinks and toilets look new also. Loved that there was a place to eat right across the street ( brewery )

Room wasnt clean, front desk is already sleeping when i arrive even when i call days prior to said were gonna arrive midnight, no tissue only 2 towel even we check in for 3 people, messy layout, no cabinet for jackets, sink is out side the bathroom..

Pillows were terrible. Arrived in the dark and the hallways had no lights on. Someone broke a passenger window in our truck overnight, nothing stolen though. Gentleman at the desk was pleasant.
