This was not one of my best stays. I was out for business and was staying at the hotel for 6 days and requested that my room get full fresh up and cleaning everyday. This was not Performed 1 day. The hotel did try to make good with voucher to Denny’s but after a long work day out my clean room with fresh towels and fresh bed is all I wanted.

Nice property and friendly staff on check in. We actually got a call prior to our arrival confirming bed configuration. Pleasantly surprised by our spacious king suite, it had everything we wanted and more. Nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were so comfy and the hotel nice & quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Service was terrible. Room service didn’t show up and didn’t answer the follow up calls. Washroom door got locked from inside itself. Denny’s order arrived cold each time despite of advising the restaurant. Homeless camps outside the hotel around parking area.

This was almost a 5 star hotel stay. The property is large, newly renovated and the rooms are beautiful. We felt more like we were staying in an upper class condo than a hotel and the price was amazing. There's plenty of parking, the mall is steps away and there are plenty of dining and grocery options nearby. However... the Aroma Bistro, which shares a parking lot with the hotel, offers guests discounts and is recommended by hotel staff... gave my husband severe food poisoning. Fortunately this happened on our last night, so didn't ruin our trip. But he became so ill, he actually ended up in the hospital as a result. This is not the hotel's fault, of course, but since the restaurant shares the property, I thought it worth mentioning. If not for that, it would have been an absolutely perfect stay.
