Welcome to the CrAframe! Your modern mountain basecamp where every corner was designed with comfort, adventure, and connection in mind! Here’s how the space flows, so you can picture your stay before you even arrive:

Parking is easy and located in the driveway only, up to 5 vehicles allowed. No other parking anywhere else on property or on street is allowed.

Main Level – The Heart of the Home
Step through the front door and be greeted by the open-concept main level, where stunning views and warm design set the tone.
The fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room, all surrounded by big windows that bring the outdoors in.
A full bathroom with a shower and tub sits just off the hallway.
Two bedrooms on the main floor make this level perfect for easy access:
-King Bedroom
-Queen Bedroom

Off the main living area, step through the sliding glass doors onto the 1,000 sq ft deck, where you’ll find:
-A bubbling 7-person hot tub
-A BBQ grill for group feasts
-A telescope for endless stargazing
-Outdoor dining & seating
And skies that seem to go on forever, with peaks that overlook the lake as far as you can see!

Loft
To your left as you walk in, a staircase leads you upstairs.
Here you’ll find:
-Bedroom with queen bed
-Massive wall-to-wall windows framing the mountains and valley
-A private bathroom with walk-in shower
-Reading Nook with rocking chairs that make this a dreamy retreat within a retreat.

Basement – Adventure & Fun Await
Back on the main level, take the stairs down from the kitchen area to discover a whole level of fun and relaxation!
In the hallway off the stairs you will find:
-The bunk room, 2 bunk beds (4 full-size beds), and a pullout sofa, perfect for large groups. Complete with a window viewing the backyard, lake, valley and mountains.
Down the hall you will find the massive game room, with:
-Pool table
-Air hockey
-Foosball
-Infinity arcade with endless classics
Much more fun!!
Another full bathroom with walk-in shower is conveniently nearby.
Finally: the theatre room, with a huge sectional sofa, and an 85” screen TV for movie marathons or game-day excitement.
The game room also opens to the backyard through sliding glass doors, ideal for stepping out for some fresh air, yard games, or a peaceful moment surrounded by nature.

Guest access
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home and property during their stay.
This includes:
- The main living areas and kitchen
-All bedrooms, bathrooms, and the loft
-The game room and theatre room
-The expansive deck, outdoor seating, firepit, and 7-person hot tub
-The telescope for stargazing and all provided amenities
-The only exceptions are the owner’s closet and cleaner’s closet, which remain locked during your stay.
We want you to feel completely at home to enjoy the space, explore the property, and make the most of everything it has to offer!

Other things to note
Neighborhood:
The CrAframe sits in a quiet HOA neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors and follow all house rules.

Roads:
Gravel roads — please drive under 15 MPH to keep dust down.

Seasonal Access:
Open year-round. In winter, 4WD/AWD is recommended and road conditions may vary.

Cleaning Fee:
A standard cleaning fee applies for each reservation. For stays over 5 nights, an additional cleaning fee and scheduled mid-stay cleaning every 5 nights may apply.

Renter's Agreement:
The primary guest must review and sign our Renter’s Agreement prior to arrival. The agreement is sent electronically immediately after booking and applies to all reservations.
For bookings made more than 72 hours in advance, the agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking. Last-minute bookings must be signed promptly after booking.
Failure to complete this requirement may result in cancellation in accordance with Airbnb’s policies.

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find a hot tub, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. The family-friendly cabin also features a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
