Buenas tarde. Llegue al lugar pero no habia nadie que me atendiera y llame al numero que me enviaron pero nunca respondieron. No pude hacer el check in y me cobraron cuando no fue mi culpa. Ademas el lugar es muy inclinado y no es acto para niños porque para llegar a la playa tienes que cruzar la caye y es muy peligroso.

No hay nadie que entregue las llaves. No habían indicado que la recepción está al otro lado de la calle. En el restaurante. No hay señalización por ningún lado. No hay a quién pedirle una toalla extra, etc. Está muy desatendido
