We stayed here for three weeks and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an extended stay. It was easy to settle in and keep our normal routine, which we really appreciated.One of the biggest blessings was that they allowed our cats to stay with us. Not having to board them took so much stress off our shoulders, and we’re incredibly grateful for that kindness.The hosts were responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with the entire time. Everything was just as described, and we felt very well taken care of. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and are so thankful for the hospitality.

The property was quaint and peaceful. I spent the morning looking out over the valley below listening to the wind chimes and doves. It isn't to far away to drive to events in WACO. The property is well outfitted with good linens and towels. We will definitely stay again in the future as we have family in China Spring.

Super Place and Great hosts

We booked the cottage for a place to stay for the Baylor graduation, as we wanted more space than a hotel room. It is about 20 minutes from campus in a country setting. (There are a few restaurants, fast food places and small stores nearby for convenience). The cottage itself is charming, spacious and comfortable. The landscaping, porch and views were beautiful and the perfect setting to sit outside, eat, visit and decompress. The hosts were super accommodating and so kind, wanting to make our stay enjoyable. There was even a Farmer’s Market on Saturday about a block away. Overall it was a wonderful visit- 5 stars in every way.

Eclipse Sanctuary

Chinaberry Cottage was a lovely remodeled cottage just off the beaten path. The inside and outside was immaculate. It was perfect for a family. Everything for a home away from home was provided. The "kiddos" loved that they had a TV in their room and so many more pillows than at home. The fenced area was perfect for children. The host gave immediate responses. Lovely and relaxing! Absolutely perfect!
